Meet Hallowqueen! She's a black cat (Halloween) and a Queen (she's our favorite - don't tell her siblings). This little Queen, no joke, purrs any time you pick her up. She enjoys exploring all around the house and finding small food crumbs we didn't know were there. If she's exploring in a bathroom, she will likely flop/somersault onto the cool tile floor and give you a little chirp meow to say thanks for letting me scout around.

She likes playing with her siblings, so it would be great if she was adopted out with one of them (Cassie, Catly, or Derpy). Though another younger resident cat would make a great playmate, or she could be an only cat. And I promise, you'll want to carry her around everywhere because that little purr motor is super cute when it's on!

Everyone MUST submit an application to be considered for adoption

Interview

We will talk to you and your references to get a feel of what you're looking for in a pet and if the particular pet would be a good fit

Home Check

This is required. We want to see where the pet will be living and it gives us an opportunity to meet you!

Meet the Pet

A meet and greet will be arranged after you have been approved as an applicant

More about this rescue

Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.

We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.

Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals. Paws Across Pittsburgh strongly believes in Force Free training methods for our animals.
