Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Phoenix is a handsome black Border Collie/Retriever mix who truly rose from the ashes. When he first came to us, he was in rough shape and had clearly been neglected. He was underweight, tired, and in need of a lot of care.
But through it all, his spirit never dimmed.
Despite everything he’s been through, Phoenix has the sweetest personality. He absolutely loves people and leans right in for affection. He’s gentle, loyal, and happiest when he’s by your side soaking up attention.
Thanks to good nutrition, medical care, and lots of love, Phoenix has been nursed back to health. He’s now strong, healthy, and ready for the fresh start he deserves.
If you’re looking for a devoted companion with a beautiful comeback story and an even more beautiful heart, Phoenix is waiting to meet you. Come see why this resilient boy is ready to light up your life.
Phoenix's $200 Adoption Fee is a great deal. He is neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed & current on monthly heartworm preventative.
Phoenix's estimated month of birth is 1/2024.

We do ask potential adopters to first complete a pre-adoption questionnaire for the purpose of ensuring your compatibility with a pet, as well as your eligibility to adopt a pet. After the pre-adoption questionnaire is reviewed and approved, we require adopters to complete an adoption contract. We do not discriminate against anyone for reasons of race, religion, age, politics, gender, or sexual orientation, but we do reserve the right to refuse adoptions based on the information we interpret from these forms, with regard to legalities and the pet’s needs or requirements. We try very hard to make every adoption a happy and satisfactory one!
