If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
This pretty 9-Year-Old Indoor cat needs a Quiet, Loving Forever Home;
No Kids/Pets Please.
Looking for the perfect low-key companion? Meet our 9-year-old spayed female Tortie. She’s ready for her next chapter with someone who will cherish her quirky personality, referred to as Tortitude - known for vibrant, unique personalities, independent, affectionate one moment and aloof the next.
She’s a strictly indoor-only girl, declawed on her front paws, so she thrives in a calm, safe home with no outdoor access. She does best as an only pet with no children in the household, quiet adults or someone living alone is her ideal match. She’s warm and cuddly on her terms, loves lap time when she’s in the mood, and will make a wonderful, low-maintenance companion. As much as we love her, allergies in the home have gotten increasingly worse over the last few years to the point of being intolerable. Food, dishes, litter and litter box as well as her favorite perch included (photo of her on her tower).
