Jet is a sweet and curious young cat who enjoys playing and napping with the dogs in his foster home, along with trying to get the old cats to hang out. He's friendly with fellow young cats, and used to nap with and groom and wrestle his fellow fosters. He would absolutely adore fellow cats or dogs in his forever home. He loves playing with dangling toys and laser lights, and is social guy at heart, coming out to personally observe newcomers within minutes of their arrival. Very food motivated, puree treats can get him to come say hello just about any time, even if you're brand new to him! He's a social and chatty boy who loves to bird watch the deck bird feeder from a perch inside, and has started sleeping on shared spaces with his foster during work days. He's also been getting more used to petting, deciding he doesn't need to evade hands but rather can enjoy the attention, and allows himself to be picked up to move around with minimal slinky hijinks.

More about this shelter
Soul Dog is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization founded with the mission to spay/neuter and protect animals. We are currently a small group of committed volunteers making a difference in the life of one animal at a time. As an all volunteer administration, all donations made to Soul Dog go directly to improving the health of the pets that share our lives.
Soul Dog is proactive in animal welfare advancing the need for spaying and neutering our pets to reduce overpopulation. We travel to rural communities on Native American reservations, where spaying and neutering will only happen if it is nearly free or very convenient. Soul Dog works with volunteer veterinarians to provide the spaying and neutering service at no cost to the public. Donations are used to defray the costs associated with medications, supplies, and the operating cost for clinics.
