This helps Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue with pet care costs.
Carmen the Corgi loves to play fetch. Throw her a tennis ball and you are friends for life. She can play fetch until her legs fall off but I wouldn't recommend that. She is happy to go into her crate when needed, especially if you throw a ball in it first. She should eat in her crate because she is reasonably protective of her dinner. After about an hour playing fetch, Carmen comes in through our dog door and goes to her crate for a good, long nap. She loves pets but doesn't like being picked up. Carmen will sit if you ask and is almost flawlessly house trained although after a couple hours outside of the crate, you should bring her outside. She also does great on a leash. She doesn't bark much but will if she hears loud and scary noises. She is probably around 25 lbs. Carmen's favorite things are tennis balls, head scratches, and chicken flavored treats.
