Say hey to Nicolas! A tiny, mysterious little gentleman who prefers the quiet life. Nicolas is a dwarf hamster who came to us when his previous owners moved and couldn’t bring him along. Nicolas stays true to his natural instincts—he spends most of his time burrowed away deep in his bedding, snoozing during the day and becoming more active in the evening hours. As a nocturnal little guy, he’s not always out and about when people are around, but that’s all part of his charm! While he may not be the type of pet who’s constantly seeking attention, Nicolas is perfect for someone who appreciates a more low-key companion. Watching him explore, dig, run on his wheel, and go about his nightly routines can be surprisingly relaxing and rewarding. Nicolas would do best in a home that understands and respects hamster needs and behavior, giving him plenty of space to burrow, hide, and feel safe. With the right setup and a little patience, you’ll get to enjoy glimpses of his unique personality as he settles in. If you’re looking for a quiet, independent little pet and enjoy observing natural behaviors, Nicolas might just be your perfect match!
