Their adoption process
We ask all of our potential adopters to complete an application to help us ensure the pet they adopt is a good fit. We also require an adoption fee which covers the animals spay/neuter, vaccination and other vet care.

- After you submit your application a volunteer will call you to tell you more about the pet you are interested in.
- Meet the Pet
- If everyone feels like the pet would be a good match, the foster parents will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.

Circle 2 Animal Rescue is a non-profit, no-kill 501c3 rescue organization dedicated to rescuing homeless, abused and abandoned animals. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, and local veterinarians, we are able to rescue animals in need, providing them with loving care,and placing them in well-matched, carefully screened permanent homes. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs and horses where they are at risk of euthanasia due to overpopulation, left abused, alone and homeless. Animals in our care are spayed or neutered and receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment. We assist animals in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement.
