Willow is a gorgeous little tuxedo kitten with the sweetest soul. We were contacted by a kind woman who had been noticing Willow hanging around her house for quite some time. At every mealtime, Willow would quietly sit and stare through the door, patiently waiting. It was clear she wasn’t just looking for food — she was hoping someone would notice her.
The woman wasn’t able to bring Willow inside, but she did the best she could for her. During the frigid winter temperatures, she set up a heated house outside so Willow would at least have somewhere warm to sleep. Even then, Willow didn’t just come for meals. She came looking for affection, for company, for someone to care about her. It was obvious this little girl had once known love, but somehow ended up out on her own.
When we heard about Willow, we knew we had to bring her to safety.
Now she is safe at Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR, and her true personality is starting to shine. Willow is incredibly sweet and gentle. She loves attention and melts into pets like she’s been waiting a long time for them. She’s also just beginning to discover how to play like a kitten should, and it’s so special watching her learn that life can be fun and carefree.
Willow deserves a home where she never has to wonder if she’ll be warm, fed, or loved again. A home where she can curl up beside someone who will reassure her every single day that she’s safe and home for good.

We are a small rescue group that saves abandoned kittens and cats off of the streets, vets them and work to find them a happy safe next chapter. We are also hitting the overpopulation problem with hitting it at its core with TNR.
