If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We adopted Curry from the Animal Humane Society about a year ago. We were told up front he had issues peeing right outside of the litter box but, he pees on our stuff. We have taken him to a vet and the vet could not find any illnesses/infections that would cause this and told us it was a behavioral issue. We tried working with him the past year but recently he has started using the bathroom on our baby’s clothes/toys and we can no longer keep him. We have another cat and a dog and he does great with them. He does know how to use a litter box, he just refuses to sometimes.
Adoption fee is negotiable.
