My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi , my name is Bubba and I am looking for my forever home. I am a very special boy because I require a prescription diet that you have to get from your vet. I will need to be on it for the rest of my life , I will eat both the hard and soft food versions. I seem to be doing much better on my special food , however sometimes I do still make messes in my kennel. The nice people here at the shelter aren't entirely sure why , but maybe I just need some more time to adjust. I am super sweet and love to be petted. I will climb into your arms for snuggles too. I would really love to be in a home again that will love me forever. But you may have to be okay with me making a mess sometimes. Maybe once I am back in a house and settled in I would feel safer and not make messes anymore , but I'm not entirely sure. I would be so grateful if someone would give me a chance.

More about this shelter

Our goal is ALWAYS adoption or the chance of adoption through transport to other facilities. We take every opportunity to promote pets as valued members of the family and educate our citizens on the importance of spay/neuter to help battle pet over-population.
