Billy Goat is a fun, friendly boy. His name comes from his vocal, loud nature and the way he romps around the house and climbs up on things. He wants to be everyone’s friend regardless of species. There are only adult cats in the foster home and he takes his cues from them, playing with those willing and not bothering those who aren’t interested in his antics. He likes being around people, sometimes to cuddle with, sometimes to meow at, definitely for their opposable thumbs and food delivery services. Billy is planning on being big.
