After submitting an application, please be sure that you have called your vet and approved them to speak with Sweet Peace Farm Sanctuary for a standard veterinary reference check.
Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationYou can submit an application for a cat here: https://forms.gle/QKj2eSwjYxVd3UJD7
- Approve ApplicationWe will email, text, or call you letting you know when you've been approved. We may also ask follow-up questions.
- Meet the PetAfter approval, we will set up a time with you to come meet the pet at the sanctuary.
- Sign Adoption ContractWe have an adoption contract that you will sign during the appointment.
- Pay FeeYou must pay our adoption fee at the appointment when you've decided that you're ready to take your new friend home. This is typically $90.
- Take the Pet HomeNow you're ready to start your new lives together!

We are a small 501(c)3 nonprofit animal sanctuary with a cat adoption program that focuses on rehabilitating strays and owner surrenders.
The sanctuary was formed to serve discarded animals and give them a second chance at life, while serving the surrounding community by introducing the ideals of humane education in all our endeavors. We provide a forever haven of love, care, respect, and rehabilitation to all animals who enter our sanctuary.
We are committed to doing our part in fighting for animal protection and combating pet overpopulation.
