My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FOR ADOPTION: OYSTER is a gorgeous 10 month old female Siamese mix looking for an engaging forever family. This lovely girl came to us suffering from a pyometra, or infected uterus, which is quite uncommon in cats and young animals. She was rushed in for emergency surgery and is now all healed up and ready to head into the home of her dreams. Oyster is a communicative and active young cat that loves to play and explore her environment. She has lived with kids previously and would do well in a home that loves interactive play with their cats. She is not an overly cuddly girl but she is very friendly and bold. She wants to be with you doing something rather than wrapped in your arms. She’s been good with the other cats she has met so far and could live with a friendly dog. Oyster has been primarily indoors if not indoor only in her last home and would do well continuing with that lifestyle in her new home. She would really enjoy a large cat tree, cat walk or catio to keep her mentally stimulated. Oyster is also a great candidate to learn to walk on a harness for some supervised outdoor time. She is spayed, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control. If you’ve been looking for a confident play companion apply today at www.NWAS.ca for a chance to meet OYSTER. #NWASOyster
