My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gerbus von Liechtenstein came to us as a stray found outside of someone's apartment! For having lived outside, he is a very friendly guy! He is full of energy like most gerbils are, and doesn't have any human fear.
He would love a mellow home with people who understand gerbil behavior and needs. Gerbils do better with friends, and can be bonded even as adults, but this is only recommended to be attempted by knowledgeable keepers.
Gerbils can be entertaining pets, but need specialized care to live a happy life. It is imperative to do plenty of research before considering adoption to be sure you know what to expect for personality and behavior of gerbils, along with gaining an understanding for their needs and habits.
