Dash is a 2½-year-old Husky mix with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life! He was found as a stray and luckily, he had a microchip. We had no luck with his owner but found out he was with CACC multiple times in 2025. He has just been in and out of the shelter system for so long. Now, he’s more than ready for stability and a true forever home. Dash is high-energy and loves to go 100 mph. Zoomies are his specialty, and he’ll happily run laps around us on a retractable lead in the field to help burn off that Husky stamina. He thrives on activity and would do best with an active family committed to providing plenty of daily exercise—both physical and mental. Long walks, hikes, runs, puzzle toys, and structured playtime will help this fun-loving guy be his very best self. Because of his high energy, zooms, and being mouthy during playtime, Dash is looking for a home without young children (8+). He does well with other dogs that can appreciate (and keep up with!) his big personality and impressive endurance. Dash is hoping this is the LAST time he ever has to call a shelter home.
