Aditi - Aditi and her sister Freya are looking for a loving forever home! I am relocating overseas and unfortunately cannot take the cats. I am looking for a patient cat lover to welcome this bonded pair into their life. Also will consider a long-term foster until I can find them a forever home. Aditi is the friendliest and funniest cat I have ever met. She was born approximately May 2020, and was fed outside by a family. In 2021 she had a litter of 3 kittens (all of whom were adopted to good homes!) and the family brought Aditi and her babies to Tails Humane. I adopted her Summer 2021, she had never been in a house before! She quickly became a sweet, well-behaved, litter-box trained house cat who loves to cuddle up on the couch, find silly hiding spots, and follow me around while I do my chores.
She is a very good hunter and keeps mice out of our house and garden. She does not like to be picked up and handled, or riding in the car. But she loves being pet by everyone she meets! Both cats are indoor-outdoor cats. They use a cat door to get in to the garage and then we let them in the house so they sleep inside at night.

Freya is 6 years old (DOB 12/30/19), spayed female. She was adopted March 2020 at 8 weeks old. She is a “Covid Kitty” - I got her the week before Lockdown started so she didn’t have much socialization.
She can take a while to warm up to people, but once she understands that she can trust you, she will be extremely affectionate, playful, and snuggly. She likes to be held and cuddled, just on her own terms.
Freya is great in the car and I have taken her on several road trips. However she does get very stressed at the vet’s office so she needs anti-anxiety medication administered before vet trips. Other than this, she has no health or behavioral issues.
Both cats are indoor-outdoor cats and need to be able to go outside when weather is nice but sleep inside at night.
I love these cats very much and hope to find a new family who would stay in touch to update me on them once in a while.
