My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Daisy Our Sweet Senior in Need of a Calm Haven
At 13 years young, 10 lbs. Daisy is a gentle, loving soul who deserves a peaceful place to call home. After losing her beloved owner, she has been bravely adjusting to foster care but she needs a quieter environment sooner rather than later.
Daisy does wonderfully with older children and adults. However, she is currently living with a small child, and the busy energy has been very stressful for her. To protect her emotional well-being, we are urgently looking for a permanent home or at least a new foster without small children.
She may be shy at first, but once she feels safe, Daisy blossoms into the sweetest companion. She absolutely loves being pet, leans in for affection, and will happily chat with you in her soft, expressive voice. Shes a vocal girl who enjoys connection and will let you know when shes ready for love.
Daisy would thrive in a calm, predictable home where she can truly relax and be someones cherished companion again. Senior cats have so much love to give, and Daisy is no exception she just needs the right environment to shine.
If you can offer this beautiful girl a peaceful forever home (or foster home), please reach out. Lets get Daisy the quiet comfort she deserves.
$50 donation to the rescue (to help other cats in need!) Adoption fee includes vaccines, spay, bloodwork, deworming, and microchip.

More about this rescue

Broward County School Teachers who created this 501c3 non-profit organization in 2012, that have a deep love for animals and want to make a difference by keeping dogs and cats safe! We adopt dogs of all sizes and breeds. We provide assistance to families experiencing financial hardship that truly love their dog or cat but cannot afford to keep them due to a financial crisis and avoid them from having to surrender their pet to a high kill animal shelter. We provide foster homes to dogs and cats and help find them loving furever homes.
