DOB 8/25/25
Possum is a fun-loving kitten. He loves to play with new toys and boxes and springs. He also loves to play with the catnip kick toys. He also runs around the house chasing his littermates. He also loves his sister Possum. They often sleep and play together. He also loves to snuggle with dogs too much as the dogs are not fans of it. Some of his favorite toys are the spring and soft fuzzy ball he will also carry these around the house to keep everyone else from playing with them. He also will play with the kitty catnip kick toy. He will come and rub on your legs when he thinks he will get something from you. He loves to see what I am eating and seeing if he can get some too.

Adoption Fees:
• $100 for adults (12+ months)
• $125 for kittens (under 12 months)
All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and have received age-appropriate vaccines.
We are not first-come, first-served. Our goal is to match each kitty with the purrfect home.
Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats live in foster homes. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to arrange meet-and-greets.
Why Most of Our Kittens Are Adopted in Pairs
Kittens are highly social and thrive when they have a feline companion. A buddy helps them develop healthy play habits, confidence, and emotional well-being. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat at home.
Surprisingly, two kittens are often half the work of one—they keep each other entertained, comforted, and well-socialized.
Adoption Requirements
To ensure safe and compatible placements, we require:
• A completed adoption application
• A home visit
