Dog's Name: Pup Bridget (BRI0326ALAFS)
Estimated Breed: Doodle / Terrier mix
Approximate Age: 5 months
Approximate Weight: 12 lbs
Currently Living at: Boarding
Adoption Fee: $500
DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Bridget!
Once upon a time, five sweet little puppies — the B Litter — were pulled from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama by the amazing team at K-9 Lifesavers. Now that they're safe and sound, each pup is on the hunt for their very own forever home. And this beautiful doodle / terrier mix? She's ready to steal your heart.
Bridget is everything you could ever hope for in a dog — affectionate and super sweet. She is quieter than her four brothers. Whether she's snuggling up on the couch or having fun the yard, she brings pure joy to every moment. At her young age, Bridget is in her absolute prime for training and socialization, meaning she's ready to grow into the perfect companion. She'll thrive with a patient family, a loving couple, or a devoted individual who's ready to invest in her — and trust us, she will pay it back in tail wags and puppy kisses tenfold.
Why Bridget? Sweet and loving. Smart and ready to learn. Fully vetted and ready to go! A great fit for individuals, couples, or families.
Apply today she won't be around for long! Let Bridget bring all the love, laughter, and wagging tails your home deserves. Rescued. Ready. Waiting for YOU.
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home. For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.org
