Benny is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Benny is a 2-year-old Rottweiler who is a big, dopey, affectionate dog. He loves being around people, wants to please, and has a very sweet personality. He can be a little nervous and overstimulated in new situations and sometimes struggles to settle when things get exciting. He has a great relationship with our other dog. He'd do best with a family without small children that can continue his training and keep him active. Please come in and visit with our pets available for adoption. Once you find an animal you would like to adopt, you will be asked to fill out an adoption survey and meet with an adoption counselor. We do require landlord approval and we do not adopt out animals to live completely outside. Our adoption fees are $75 for dogs and cats under 5 years old and $55 for those 5 years and older.
