Urgent: Loving Home Needed for Super Sweet Bonded Senior Pair – Bruno & Chakra (7 years young!)

Meet Bruno and Chakra – an incredibly affectionate, gentle duo who have been inseparable best friends since they were tiny kittens. This devoted pair has shared one loving home and one special person their entire lives, always by each other's side for comfort, play, and cuddles.

Sadly, their family faced tough circumstances and had to move in with relatives and couldn't keep them. Without Sunshine's Friends stepping in, they would have ended up surrendered to the county shelter – a place these sensitive souls would struggle terribly in. Shelters are stressful and overwhelming, especially for bonded seniors who rely so much on each other.

They've been in a wonderful foster home for just two weeks and settled in beautifully within days – proof of how adaptable and easygoing they are in a calm, loving environment. They're super sweet, low-key, and ready to bring quiet companionship and lots of love to the right home.

Unfortunately, their current foster must travel suddenly for a family emergency, so we need a new hero to step up quickly!

Foster needed (short- or longer-term – we provide food, litter, and support!)
Foster-to-adopt or forever home – ideal for a family who appreciates calm, and playful bonded seniors. They love everyone and are good with children. Their person had a toddler who they cuddled up next to. They are in excellent health and current on vaccines. 
These two must stay together – separating them would be heartbreaking and stressful for both. They will do best in a home setting rather than a crate at our adoption center.
