My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I’m Nino! I’m a big, energetic guy with a lot of personality and a lot of playfulness to match. My previous home felt I was a bit too much cat for apartment living, so now I’m looking for a new place where I can really channel all this energy into something productive. I’m an independent fellow who enjoys affection—but on my terms. A little scratch on my forehead is just my style, but I’m not a fan of being picked up or handled too much. What I do love is playtime! Plushie toys are my favourite, and I’ve got the enthusiasm of a hunter in training. Because I’m such a playful and high-energy cat, I sometimes use my teeth or paws when I get excited, so I’m looking for a home that understands my spirited personality. The good news? All that energy and curiosity makes me a great candidate for a barn, shop, or garage home where I can stay busy doing what cats do best—patrolling for mice and exploring my surroundings. I’m very curious and always interested in what’s going on around me, and I’d love a space where I can put my natural instincts to good use. I also have a pretty great meow (if I do say so myself), and I’m always happy to chat when I have something to say. Toss me a few treats—Temptations are my favorite—and we might just become good pals. If you’re looking for a hardworking little hunter with a big personality, I might be the perfect cat for the job. *All our working whiskers are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and vet checked, and our adoption fee is up to you to choose ($30 admin fee still applies). You are responsible for providing a safe and suitable living environment, food, water and veterinary care as required.
