Their adoption process

You must call the shelter 678-450-1587 from 9am-4pm to schedule an appointment to meet your potential pet in person. You must have an appointment to meet your potential pet. Those without an appointment will not be allowed to meet any of the available pets at the shelter. At the shelter, payment will be taken and your animal will be put on the surgery schedule. Normally it's the next day. No adoption will be done over the phone or through email. All animals are spayed/neutered, current on shots, rabies shot, microchip, and dogs over 1 year are heartworm tested.

More about this shelter

Hall County Animal Shelter is a county funded animal shelter that takes all animals within the county. Animal Contol picks strays off the street and they house them here. We also take owner guardian surrenders. We are a high volume shelter. We LOVE volunteers! We take donations all donations that people are willing to give. We work very hard to find everybody a home whether its is to a forever home or a rescue.
