Meet Ginger Baker! Ginger Baker is a fun loving guy born in July 2025.
Ginger Baker lives to the beat of his own drum. While he was a fluffy outdoor baby he attacked all leaf matter, on the ground or on a plant. He took shots at tree climbing, found entertainment with all insects and shadows, and his fluffy orange tabby sister, earning them the nickname, `the Cheetos.` But Ginger has left the outside behind and become an indoor only cat. He has beautiful orange eyes and a loooong tail which he confidently parades upright.
Since becoming an indoor cat Ginger has learned how to `sing for his supper,` and politely almost waits his turn. He has come to trust humans for butt scratches and short hugs, and is learning the art of the body side swipe. He still plays with his siblings and other house cats, but stands his ground if interactions get a little too rough. He has learned to play with toys in place of leaves, however, insects are still fair game.
Ginger has never been away from his mom and family unit. He has been fostered in a home with a lot of cats, and would probably do best in a home with one or two kitty friends with proper introduction. His foster home has a polite female German Shepherd dog in residence that Ginger has known all his life. He should be OK in a home with a polite dog/doggos and proper introduction. He has polite litter box manners and is vetted.
Ginger is destined to be a funny, loving orange tabby in the right home with the right family.
