Cleo is the CUTEST!!! Velvety black and gray fur with a little turned-up nosie and head tilt. The vets think she might have a mild case of cerrebelar hypoplasia. This is a condition caused when mom gets very sick while pregnant, and is permanant and not progressive. Cleo cannot transmit it to any other animals or people, either. We also noticed she seems quite hard of hearing. She gets a bit nervous when picked up, so handle with care and put back down carefully when you DO pick her up; so far she hasnt been coordinated enough to "jump" back to the ground out of our arms like a normal cat. She is also very small for her age- 5 months old but only the size of a 3 month old- so will likely always be a small cat.
Cleo is extremely social, and we'd like her to go to a home with another kitty and/or someone who works from home and wont leave her alone for more than an hour or so at a time. She cries and cries when left alone with no other kitties around! She has NEVER met a stranger, though, and will walk right up to new "friends", peope, dogs AND cats, like they've known each other all their lives! She's very active and loves to play, purr, and snuggle.
