Meet Sazerac, a young and sweet soul residing in our shelter. Despite his shy nature, Sazerac is incredibly curious about the world around him. Each day, he explores his surroundings with wide-eyed wonder, slowly warming up to the love and care provided by our team. Sazerac enjoys quiet moments and would thrive in a calm environment where he can continue to blossom at his own pace. Adopting Sazerac means giving him the loving home he deserves, where his gentle spirit can fully shine.

More about this shelter
We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
