  2. Sign Adoption Contract
  3. Pay Fee
  4. Take the Pet Home
    1. Cats MUST be transported in a CARRIER!!
      DO NOT LET THE CAT OUT IN THE CAR.
      Transport cat to/from the store/home/vet in a carrier.
