Medical Needs: Toby has an appointment to be neutered on March 17th at BVSPCA Dover on Horsepond road. Keeping this appointment is a condition of adoption. Foster to adopt families must live within one hour of Delaware and be willing to travel here for the appointment.
Housebroken: Mostly. Toby is doing great with this but accidents happen! Toby is learning a routine and does well going outside. He prefers being off leash in a yard but has also successfully gone while on a leash.
Crate Trained: Yes. He does well in his crate and settles quickly.
Good in the Car: Yes. There has been minimal travel but he does well in the car.
Good on a Leash: Yes. His foster has been using a harness rather than a collar for walking but he likes exploring the neighborhood.
Energy Level: Medium. Toby enjoys going for walks, running around the yard, and playing with his people.
