If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Found as a stray after being struck by a car, this sweet 8.5-year-old lost one eye to a blood clot, but it hasn’t slowed him down. He’s affectionate, loyal, and a little clumsy thanks to reduced depth perception.
He’s no equally happy on a hike or snuggled on the couch. He gets along with cats, kids, and small dogs. He is leash reactive toward other dogs and strangers, so he does best with an experienced owner who understands reactivity. Off leash in a secure space, he’s comfortable and able to open up.
No health issues, no medications, not a picky eater. He just needs the right home to thrive!
