I happily lean into your hand and purr when you give me attention. I can be a bit shy at first and doesn't trust anyone right away but do learn to trust quickly if given a smaller space at first to get to know my humans. I am very playful and has a great time chasing and pouncing on my favorite fluffy toys. When playtime is over, I enjoy hanging out nearby and keeping my human's company. Not a big fan of being picked up just yet, but I'm getting more comfortable with my current humans every day. Also, I am dog friendly, super cool right!! I have been told I do well around calm, respectful dogs. You show me respect and I will show it back in return with a gentle paw and nose nuzzle. Meet the Pet
Once approved, a meet 'n' greet will be scheduled.

Sign Adoption Contract
If the meet 'n' greet is a match, the contract will be completed and adoption fee will need to be remitted.
Additional adoption info
We will adopt to out of state adopters but we do NOT ship animals under any conditions. You must come to us in person to meet the animal and make sure it is a mutual match. We have had many adopters come from the states around us and drive or fly with their new family member back.

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.
If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!
All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
