If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
(IF YOU ADOPT I WILL GIVE YOU ALL HER BELONGINGS FOR FREE, STAINLESS STEEL LITTER BOX, CUTE CAT TREE, FOOD/WATER BOWL, ACCESSORIES) I adopted Basil on December 28th when she was 3 months old from a shelter where she was at briefly after being taken in as a stray. She is extremely high energy and very playful, she has never had an accident even on the first day I brought her home. She has learned that my dog is safe to the point where she now messes with him a lot (he’s 11 years old and just sleeps). I think she would really benefit from a household with another cat to play with. She has gotten a lot better at accepting physical touch in the past 2 months but she still has some boundaries that may seem frustrating to someone who’s never had a cat. When she’s calm she can be very loving but considering she’s around 5 months old, she has a hard time getting out of “play mode”. I would love to keep her but the apartment I’m moving to only allows 1 pet.
