My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jerry is a young, energetic cat with a big personality and an even bigger love for people. He thrives on attention and enjoys spending his days playing with all kinds of toys, being brushed, and getting in a good stretch on his favorite scratching posts.

Jerry has previously lived with another cat and truly enjoyed the companionship, often spending time together and sharing the space comfortably. Dogs, however, aren’t really his style, so he’d likely do best in a home without them. He has also lived with a young child, but if play gets a little too rough—like tail grabbing—Jerry prefers to simply walk away and find a quieter spot.

Like many young cats, Jerry has had some history with scratching furniture, but providing plenty of appropriate scratching posts and pads should help him channel that natural behavior in the right places. With the right setup and lots of love, Jerry will make a fun, affectionate, and playful companion. 🐾

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

You can submit an application anytime and receive an auto response with instructions. It is first come first served for in person adoptions.

2.
Submit Application

Our application creates your profile in our system and tells us a little about you.

3.
Interview

Our interview is an open discussion about everything we know about the pet and how it matches to your family and expectations.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

You will use your mobile phone (or our computers) to sign the adoption contract.

5.
Pay Fee

You will use your phone (or our computers) to pay any adoption fees. Credit/Debit cards only we do not accept cash or check.

6.
Take the Pet Home

We are able to send most pets home the same day as their interview. If they still need to have spay/neuter surgery it will be scheduled ASAP

Before you Arrive:

Make sure your apartment is pet-friendly. Check with your landlord about pet policies.

To make the adoption process go a little quicker, here's a list of what to bring:

-An ID with current residence, or proof of residence if it is out of date.
- Any family members or roommates to meet the animals
