Drace is a shy little kitten who is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. New sights and sounds can make him nervous at first, and he prefers to take his time getting comfortable in a new environment. But with patience, gentle voices, and a calm home, Drace slowly begins to show his true self.

Once he feels safe, Drace blossoms into an incredibly sweet and loving companion. He enjoys quiet affection and will happily soak up pets from the people he trusts. Drace is looking for a patient, kind family who will give him the time he needs to come out of his shell and show just how special he truly is.

The Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center (formerly the Riverside Humane Society) is an Adoption Guarantee Organization that takes in healthy, adoptable animals.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered, updated on all vaccinations and microchipped upon adoption. They enjoy indoor, comfortable kennels and are socialized by volunteers on a regular basis.

Our mission is to eliminate the suffering of homeless cats and dogs by:

•Providing humane care for pets in transition
•Facilitating adoptions to loving homes
•Providing humane and pet overpopulation education to the public
•Supporting sterilization of companion animals
