Why I need a new home

Does not get along with other pet

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi,

This little bit boy is Chester! He is very much master of my domain and like being by myself and do not bother others. I am good with cats, but not good with dogs. We have a dog at home and Chester does not get along well with her. She is young, and wants to sniff, but Chester is very much not ok with it. That leads me to believe he is not good with dogs.
Recently had dental cleaning done and had a few removals, but other than that, he is upto date on his health check and food, and annual check up and shots (November!). He has been outdoors with me over the years and is ok. Although he nags about going home shortly after, haha.
I am currently not able to provide for both the cat and the dog, and due to the issues with the cat + recent financial situ, and not getting along with the dog, I am unable to have full access to the home since I have to keep the dog and cat separated, and this creates a lot of mental and physical distress.
