Meet Shandy! She can be shy and nervous when first meeting new people but once she is comfortable she can be fun and affectionate. Shandy loves going for walks where she can sniff and explore to her hearts content. She also loves treats and will do just about anything if you have them in hand. She is looking for an active home with a family who will be patient with her and let her set the pace.

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your envirnoment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
