Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Julius, the gentlest and sweetest boy! He is a very calm boy, he loves his cozy spots and loves to cuddle. The way to his heart is food and head rubs, once you earn his trust, he’ll want to take his naps hugging you and making biscuits. He is very chill and hasn’t taken to playing or toys, he can be shy and a little bit of a nervous kitty but he just likes to be approached slowly. Falling in love with this sweetheart is as easy as breathing!

Their adoption process
Additional adoption info
Orange County Animal Services has hundreds of adoptable pets at any given time. We operate on a first come, first serve basis to give everyone an equal opportunity.
We strive to place every pet in a furever home, which is why the first step of adoption from our shelter is coming to our location and interacting with the pet of your choice. Adoption applications can be filled out at our shelter once interaction has taken place and are not available online.
Once your application is approved, we will ask for payment of the adoption fee.
Standard adoption fees are $55 for dogs and $40 for cats. Ferrets are $40 to adopt. Pocket pets like rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters are $15 to adopt.
We ask interested adopters to please come prepared with photo identification.
We welcome adopters from out of county and state, but do not transport animals. Interaction is still required as part of the adoption process.
