Maxine came to Purrfect Pals with her housemate Sweety, as their family had to move and could not take them. These amazing young cats are the best of friends but could also be adopted separately. ! They have have lived with kids, other cats, but do not enjoy dogs.
Maxine is described as being a social butterfly, very easy going, who is very noisy/talkative, curious, and very gentle. Maxine loves to play with any toy that makes noise or moves!
Maxine really enjoys purring, kneading, and sometimes she likes to hide and spring out to surprise you! Maxine is very active, especially at night and she'll run around the house at full speed! Maxine really loves to chase the laser pointer and she will try to chew on houseplants, so please be cautious.

Founded in 1988, Purrfect Pals was the first no-kill cat shelter and sanctuary in the Pacific Northwest.
Our cat adoption and rehabilitation programs help us place homeless cats, including those with special needs, in loving homes. We believe that every cat is adoptable; some just need more time than others to find the right match. Our ultimate goal is to match them up with the perfect family at one of our five Puget Sound adoption centers or special adoption event, but these cats will have a loving home in our Arlington sanctuary for as long as they need us.
