Bear was surrendered to us because his owner was highly allergic.
He is a playful, wonderful dog! He very much wants to please his humans but could benefit from some socialization to outside people and stimulation as well as some general training.
He is in a foster home with other small dogs and gets along with them.
Medical: He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and will be microchipped upon adoption.
