Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Smoky is a quiet and affectionate kitty with a black fur coat and a little white patch of fur at his throat. He's a handsome young guy with lovely green eyes.
Smoky is still a bit shy and confused as to why he had to leave his previous owner and home; he doesn't understand that her serious illness was the cause of his move to RAIN. The other kitty he lived with is also with us (Sweet Pea, separate listing).
Smoky seems like a laid back kitty, moves among the other kitties without conflict, and finds his own comfort spots away from the crowd. He will gently rub your legs for pets, and enjoys wet food and treats. He doesn't ask much but we see in him a kitty with lots of companionship and love to offer.
Smoky has been neutered and vaccinated. For more information please call Meghan at home 530 474-1729.

More about this rescue
Rescued Animals In Need is a no kill organization whose main focus is rescuing lost, abandoned, abused, neglected or unwanted animals and helping them find their forever homes. We work hard to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats by providing education and financial assistance (when available) for spay/neuter programs to help prevent unwanted and uncontrolled pregnancies for animals in our communities. Including a program for the voiceless and often ignored feral cats. We have full non-profit 501(c)3 status with the State of California.
