Meet the Pet
Take the Pet Home
Meet Opalite! Opalite and her 7 siblings were found on the side of the road in Eastern Washington, along with their sweet mom Lola. We don’t know what breed mix they are, but they’re all very adorable. Mama Lola weighs about 30 pounds, and looks like a perfect mix between a Dachshund and a German Shepherd. Her pups will likely grow to be medium sized adult dogs. Opalite is such a fun, sweet girl. Lola’s pups are currently 6 weeks old and will be ready to leave mom at 8 weeks of age. They are all lovely pups with great temperaments. They will need proper socialization and training to become good canine citizens. We are looking for families who are dedicated to helping their pups develop into healthy and well adjusted dogs. For larger litters our adoption process is as follows: We review applications in the order they are received. We set up meet and greets with the puppies in order. The first applicant will have first pick of the litter, the second applicant will have second pick of the litter etc. We will set a date and time for each applicant to meet the pups. Once the pups are 8 weeks old, they are ready to begin their trial adoptions. Our trial adoption period is two weeks and that gives applicants sufficient time to ensure the pup is indeed a good match. Applications can be submitted via our website savinggreatanimals.org. We respond to all applications within 48 hours. The puppies will have received their first puppy vaccinations, microchips and deworming. They will be spayed and neutered between 8 and 12 months, which is included in the adoption fee. Adoption fee for the pups is $525.
We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
