Maya is a devoted, loving mama who has always been protective and caring toward her babies. She is playful, curious, very smart, and well-behaved.
She may not be a cuddle-in-bed type of cat, but she has her own incredibly sweet way of showing affection — she will stand up on her little back feet asking for gentle back pets. She truly loves praise and compliments, and she responds very well to her name. She understands `no` and listens attentively.
Maya enjoys good-quality cat food and treats (Delectable Squeeze Ups are her absolute favorite!). She isn`t interested in human food. She loves resting on a cat tree or even in a simple cardboard box.
Feeling safe and having space is important to her. She enjoys exploring and will happily make herself comfortable in different rooms. When she gets the zoomies, she loves to run and play, so a spacious home would suit her best.
Maya is incredibly gentle and kind — she would never scratch or bite. She has a beautiful, calm strength about her and is truly an adorable, loving girl who deserves a stable forever home where she can feel secure and cherished.
Maya is spayed, dewormed, microchipped, tested for FIV and FeLV and is up to date with vaccines. Her adoption fee is $350.00. Maya will also get one free exam with one of our participating veterinarians within 30 days of his adoption. If you`d like to meet her please visit, we`re conveniently located in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn near the F train (Ft Hamilton Pkwy) and the B16 bus. Maya can`t wait to meet you! We`re open daily for adoptions from 11am to 5:30pm.
