Meet Blu
Blu is a stunning young male Cane Corso who came into rescue after being abandoned with his best friend, a female Great Dane named Delaney. When their owners left, the dogs were facing a shelter stay until a kind neighbor stepped in, contacted us, and helped get them safely vetted and transported to rescue.
Blu and Delaney have clearly been together their whole lives. They sleep together, eat together, and look to each other for comfort. Because of this bond, the ideal home would be one where they can stay together. If adopted separately, Blu will need a home with another dog close to his age so he has a companion.
Blu is about 1 to 1.5 years old, is very sweet, and does well with kids and other dogs. He is still young and learning about the world, and we are discovering more about his personality every day as he settles into rescue.
This handsome boy has so much love to give and will make an amazing companion for a family ready to welcome a loyal Corso into their home.
