Our adoption application process includes reference checks, vet reference and a home visit. Our dogs are vetted, up to date on shots, spayed/neutered (if of age) and microchipped.

  2. Approve Application
    We will review the application and contact references. Once we've completed the process, we will contact the applicant.
  3. Interview
    A Poor Paws Volunteer will contact you.
  4. Pay Fee
  5. Sign Adoption Contract
  6. Take the Pet Home
