My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cara is a spirited tabby with a big personality packed into a tiny frame (estimated DOB: 7/23/2024) Don't let her petite size fool you — this girl is confident, clever, and absolutely knows what she wants. Cara has natural "leader of the pride" energy and isn't shy about setting boundaries with both cats and humans. She gets along with other calm, docile cats, but she prefers to be the one calling the shots. Cara is wonderfully expressive and will happily "chat" to let you know when it's time for attention, play, or snacks. Once she feels safe and secure, her affectionate side truly blossoms — she leans into pets, seeks out companionship, and enjoys being near her favorite people. She's also athletic. Cara can leap, twist, and even pull off impressive mid-air back flips while chasing her favorite flying toys. Playtime with her is like watching a tiny acrobat in action!

How did Cara come into the care of PPAH? Cara was recovered from the beach when her entire family was abandoned there last October. Since then, she has been completely vetted and is ready for her forever home.

Because of her confident, alpha personality, Cara may thrive best as the only cat in the home where she can soak up all the attention and reign as the queen she believes she is. In return, she'll offer loyalty, entertainment, and plenty of loving moments.
