Meet Ashton! DOB: February 2020 Ashton was taken in after spending about a year as her foster mom’s porch kitty. The vet estimates she is around two years old. At first, Ashton was a little upset about leaving the rugged streets behind, but she quickly adjusted to the comfort of bed sheet. Ashton is still adjusting and learning to trust humans. She has a very chill personality and can tolerate living with other cats and dogs when properly introduced. Introductions would have to be very slow. She would do best with someone who understands her need for space and is patient as she continues to build trust. Ashton loves being petted and will even do little hops to ask for attention. She’ll do just about anything for a Churu! She also enjoys relaxing on a windowsill and watching the world go by. Ashton is quite vocal and will meow and sing until she’s properly greeted. Ashton is FIV+. This doesn’t hold her back from living with other cats, as FIV is only transmitted through deep bite wounds into the bloodstream. While FIV can weaken the immune system, cats like Ashton can still live long, happy lives.
Ashton is fully vetted and has excellent litter manners!
