My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ash — the drama queen of your dreams!

At just 6 months old, Ash is a gorgeous gray beauty with a personality that shines just as brightly as her coat. This spirited girl is equal parts snuggles and sass — she’ll happily keep you entertained with her dramatic flair, silly kitten antics, and endless curiosity.

 All About Ash:

  • Playtime is her love language — she’s always ready to chase toys, pounce on imaginary prey, or “help” you with whatever you’re doing.

  • Affectionate and engaging, she loves being near her people and joining in on the fun.

  • Her expressive nature makes every day with her full of laughs and heart-melting moments.

 Her Ideal Home:

  • A home that can match her high energy with playtime, toys, and enrichment to keep her busy and happy.

  • She might even do well with a friendly, cat-savvy dog — slow introductions are key!

  • A family who will adore her spunky personality and shower her with love.

If you’re looking for a lively, loving kitten who knows how to steal hearts (and maybe the occasional hair tie), Ash is your girl!

Additional adoption info

All of our dogs and cats come spayed/neutered and vaccinated! Some of the pups will only have their first round of shots and may need rabies if they are under 3 months old. But other than that, these babies come ready to go! Our adoption fees vary, please inquire about each dog's individual fees. We do have cats and kittens available from time to time, so please inquire if you are looking for a feline pal! With their vetting, flights and care, we only ask for the adoption donation to help offset costs and make sure our adopters are serious. We love our rescues like we love our family. They mean the world to us and we just want to see them in good loving homes! And please check back as we are always adding new rescues to this page.

More about this rescue

We approach each every situation with an open mind. We work to build respect and trust with the partners, communities and countries we work in. With their acceptance, we build a plan together to meet the most pressing issues. We listen, learn and solve the needs together. We look for solutions that are integrated, scale-able, and sustainable. At Compassion Kind, we work with governments, institutions, local leaders, civil society organizations, foundations and businesses around the world to ensure that the most vulnerable beings are heard, and that they get the assistance they need to sustain from within the communities. Our teams and partners advocate for capacity building training and grass roots techniques so we make a lasting impact, create measurable change and operate as efficiently as possible.
