The goal of our adoption process is to place the right cat(s) with the right person. These are the steps:

1. Pick out a cat or think about the qualities you want in a cat.


2. Complete our adoption questionnaire.


3. Meet the cat over a video call with the foster parent or in person to see if the cat is a good fit for your household.


4. Meet with an adoption counselor over a video call for a virtual home visit to go over a safety checklist.


5. We will bring the cat to your home to complete the adoption.

Island Cat Resources and Adoption is dedicated to improving the lives of free-roaming and unowned cats through spay/neuter, adoption, and community education. We provide education, tools, and resources to those in the local community who can make an immediate difference in their own backyards.
