My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This cat is currently in foster being as socialized. I am not even sure if she's male or female yet as she/he doesn't allow me to get too comfortably close. That's why her profile says male.

I caught her as a stray in my neighborhood along with a brother, Freddie and Stoney. Freddie has been neutered. She loves and seems to be close to him. When I had caught Freddie first, she came early the next morning at 6 am meowing loudly for him and searching for him. She was crying out. She never did that before. She just hid and ran away or stared at me at a distance.

I would consider her a very nervous, wary, and semi-feral cat. I see promise in her to become a house cat this year; she just needs time and patience. She walks around the house, uses the litter box, sleeps in the window and couch, but will hiss and walk away from me or stare cautiously. She will, however, have "conversations". She is VERY vocal. Her meows can almost be guttural like she's trying to talk. I haven't been able to hold her. She is a work in progress, but with promise.
