More about this rescue

“Their Lives Begin With a Journey” and we could not be more fulfilled to have been a part of their journey.

CTR rescues dogs from small, rural towns in mostly central and south Texas. They could have been "street" dogs who were abandoned or pulled from one of our over crowed shelters. We save puppies, litters with or without mom and dogs who needs a loving, safe environment - no matter the breed, color or size..

Our Compassionate, seasoned Foster's are committed to their Foster Dog's success by working together as a Team - always collaborating on what is best for each puppy/dog that comes into our care.

We partner with reputable and committed rescues, in the North, who find our sweet pups their forever homes. We are a 501c3, non-profit organization funding solely through donations and fundraising.

From an Adopter: "Extremely compassionate people who inspire many to come together and save lives! They are making a huge difference in the lives of dogs who otherwise would have no chance
