All adopters will be required to complete an Adoption Application (http://norcalbcrescue.org/adopt_info.html) and have it approved prior to enquiring about or meeting any dogs. You can complete the application on-line or download a PDF fill-in application to complete and email back to us. All adopters will be required to sign an Adoption Agreement at the time of adoption.

Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions, Inc is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization (aka NCBCRA or norcalbcresue.com) comprised of volunteers who give of their time, energy, and resources to help place border collies into new homes where they will be well cared for and loved. Our goals are, in the first order, to save lives of border collies, and in the second order, place them into safe and nourishing environments. We strive to prevent uncontrolled breeding via a spay and neuter adoption policy and we educate prospective border collie owners on the benefits and potential difficulties of border collie ownership.
